Luna Nova Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the periods below, from the date of original purchase.

If a covered part fails, we will repair it, replace it or credit it, at our option.
Claims go through the dealer or contractor who supplied the product, with proof of purchase and photos.
Labour, site access and consequential damage are not covered.
Natural patina on brass is not a defect.
Exclusion: freeze-thaw damage caused by water retained in a fixture installed without adequate drainage.
