11. Analytics, advertising and where you came from

Where you came from. When you arrive, the site notes the website you came from (its name only), any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the page you landed on. These stay in your browser for the visit only. They are sent to us only if you submit the trade account form or the contact form, so we know which channel reached you. No cookie is set for this.

Optional analytics. If you press Accept on our banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to count visits and measure advertising. These services set cookies and receive your IP address, device and the pages you view. Nothing from them loads unless you accept, and declining changes nothing about how the site works. We send them two events only, trade_access_apply and contractor_account_apply, and never your name, email address or phone number.

On our forms. The answer to "How did you hear about us?" and the optional referral code are sent with your message to our sales team, with the source details above, so we can see which channels work.

Your choice. We remember it in your browser (local storage). You can change it at any time.
